Site5's accumulating bandwidth and rigorous support make for a great host.
What We Say
Site5 is a solid shared Unix web hosting company with a reputation of great support, but they have a couple of other tricks up their sleeves that set them apart from the rest of the pack. First, most of their plans include a feature called "accumulated bandwidth." This is essential "carry-over minutes" for bandwidth. What you don't use this month, you can carry over to next month. It's really a nice feature for new sites still building traffic, but also good for established sites who experience ebb and flow in their bandwidth usage.
Second, Site5 provides the Fantastico script library of almost 50 pre-installed scripts. Whether you are looking for shopping carts, blogs, bulletin boards, or photo albums, Fantastico provides it easily.
While Site5 no longer offers their unmetered bandwidth option called Site.Infinity, they do still have very attractive plans whether for single or multiple web sites. (If you absolutely do need unmetered transfer, we recommend midPhase.) Site5's accumulating bandwidth and rigorous support make for a great host.

Site5 is a privately-owned California corporation founded in 1998 by Matt Lightner and Rod Armstrong. - Future
Site5's long term goals are truly aggressive. We are presently in the process of re-engineering our entire hosting operation from the ground up. We have decided to focus primarily on high-quality, managed shared hosting services, as this has been our specialty from day one. Additionally, we are in the process of developing an extremely powerful backend hosting operation management software suite. We plan to eventually license this software commercially, as it fills a growing need for operations automation in the hosting sector.
